The process of self actualisation is a journey that oftentimes takes many detours. Early last year, we met with Ma Anand Sheela, the tenacious spiritual lieutenant portrayed in Netflix’s cult documentary Wild Wild Country. The concept for our shoot and interview was inspired by Sheela’s personal journey from vilified media personality to humanised devotee.
